For our "Spring into Reading" campaign this month, our library has organised a series of interesting and fun activities for our students. This week from April 5th to 9th, we are having a little contest - "Guess the Book Title In A Jar".
Last Friday, our students in SIS Sunway Iskandar attended a talk on how to take care of their mental health. The talk was conducted by Dr Tan Tze Yin, Consultant Psychiatrist from Kensington Green Specialist Centre, for our Grade 9 to 12 students and covered how students can take care of their mental well-being during COVID-19.
Thank you, Dr Tan, for the very informative session!
Today our Health Nurse, Ms Dashini gave a talk to our kindergarten students about the importance of handwashing. The kindergarten students were able to practise good handwashing techniques to ensure that their hands are nice and clean.

What started as a small idea in Grade 3 to help people suffering from poverty and hunger, turned into a school-wide food drive to help the @hol448foodbank Johor. We'd like to send out our appreciation to the Grade 3 and Grade 8 classes for spearheading this initiative.
On November 4, we delivered all of our donations to Mr. Tee at the @hol448foodbank Johor where they were warmly received. We also had a chance to peek inside the actual food bank!
